One thing that is hard to find is time. Especially if you are working and you have to come home and do chores everyday or you have kids and animals. You have to make even just 1-2 minutes a day about you. Take time and do some deep breathing, a 1-2 minute meditation, a few yoga poses, part of a painting or drawing, or even take longer if you can to take a relaxing bath, or start and finish a painting, a yoga session, meditation, or anything that makes you happy. It doesn’t have to be a long time to be self care. Self care comes in many forms.. make sure you find time for it.
